Da Nang in particular has become a favourite for budget-conscious nomads — beach city, fast internet, street food at $1–2 per meal, and a modern apartment for $350–500/month.
5. Serbia (Belgrade) — $1,100–1,600/month
Belgrade punches above its weight — vibrant nightlife, excellent food scene, growing tech community, and EU proximity without EU prices. A studio in the center: $400–600/month.
